Universal Champion Brock Lesnar will be sticking around the WWE for a little while longer.

It was announced via press release earlier today that Lesnar has re-signed with the promotion, hence his shocking victory over Roman Reigns last night in the main event of WrestleMania 34. Lesnar was a +450 underdog on major betting sites with Reigns favored at -850.

Lesnar’s next title defense has been announced for the upcoming ‘Greatest Royal Rumble’ event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on April 27th. The event will stream live on the WWE Network beginning at 12 p.m. ET. The event will feature a 50-man Royal Rumble, John Cena vs. Triple H, six world title matches and Lesnar defending his Universal Title against Roman Reigns in a steel cage match.

What this means for Lesnar’s future in the UFC remains to be seen. Stay tuned as this story continues to develop in the coming days.
