A raucous beyond sold out crowd collectively shook the very foundation of the MGM Grand Garden Arena throughout the night during AEW’s inaugural PPV event. However, it would be the very final act of the show that would result in them taking the roof of completely.

Following a main event that saw Chris Jericho defeat Kenny Omega via his new finisher, The Judas Effect, to earn himself a shot at becoming inaugural AEW World Champion against Hangman Adam Page in the coming months, a familiar face entered through the crowd to make himself heard.

It would be Jon Moxley who would make his presence felt when taking the ring to confront Jericho, leaving him with a DDT before handing one out to the referee for good measure. Moxley would attempt to deliver one to Omega as well but even after going to war with Jericho for nearly a half hour, Omega would take the fight to Moxley all the way up until the former CZW World Heavyweight Champion would finish him off for good.

The show closed with Moxley hitting a DDT on Omega on top of a massive stack of giant poker chips before tossing him onto a table with a Super Death Valley Driver. He would then proceed to flip off the world, in what had to of been his happiest moment in professional wrestling in years.
