Progress Wrestling was presented with an award frame recently to celebrate the biggest independent pro wrestling event in England for 30 years at The SSE Arena, Wembley on 30th September, 2018. Awards were presented to the event promoters, Jon Briley, Jim Smallman, and Glen Robinson by The SSE Arena, Wembley’s Vice President and General Manager, John Drury.

At the forefront of reviving British wrestling, PROGRESS brought the excitement back in the largest British wrestling show for three decades. The full capacity crowd was a new record for the promotion with nearly 5000 attendees.

The crowd roared as Aussie duo Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis took to the ring as they fought to be crown PROGRESS Tag Team Champions for the first time in their careers.

The show ended in spectacular style as Austrian powerhouse WALTER successfully defended his title again Tyler Bate, the former WWE UK Champion as an elated crowd watched the wrestlers fight to the bitter end. This David versus Goliath bout brought a level of intensity which filled the arena.

The Pro Wrestling section of FightBooth.com got so out of control that it needed its own website. Keep it locked here for pro wrestling event previews and reviews, columns, lists, interviews and more!
