The SmackDown Live United States Championship match between current champion, Jeff Hardy, and Shinsuke Nakamura has been pulled from tonight’s broadcast out of Ontario, California.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, Nakamura was bitten by a police dog last night in Bakersfield at the Rabobank Arena where WWE put on live show.

As stated above, Hardy will still defend his US title in an open challenge. Becky Lynch vs. Peyton Royce, Xavier Woods vs. Rusev and a guest appearance from the cast of the Netflix original series GLOW (keep it locked here for episode reviews beginning June 29th) will also take place tonight along with your current SD Live Tag Team Champions, The Bludgeon Brothers, joining the Miz on the most must see talk show in WWE history – Miz TV.

Dave has been covering Pro Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts for various websites since 2010. He currently runs both FightBooth and FightBoothPW with the help of some lovely and talented people.
